★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this business. My trailer was there for two weeks so I could get a quote on window installation. At the end of two weeks no phone call, no quote. The company often does not answer their phone and refuses to respond to voicemails as they claim they are too busy - more likely just not bothered. They are badly organized and in a state of constant confusion and panic. When I arrived to pick up the trailer there was only myself and one other customer. A senior employee did pick up the phone when it rang and told the customer on the phone he was too busy to help as he had five customers on the phone (Only two!). Another person working in the store could not find an item I had ordered two weeks ago. All the invoices are on paper instead of computer and their stockroom is a mess. The senior employee continue to turn customers away as he was overwhelmed at the simplest request. He told a customer he was doing the customer's a favour by being open on a Saturday morning for two hours. Note: After leaving with my trailer I stopped at another RV business nearby. I was provided a good quote on the spot by a knowledgeable person the windows are expected to be installed next week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team at Peterborough RV is exceptional. I bought a used trailer supposedly in good shape, after having them check for a water leak they found the trailer had extensive damage from long before we bought it. They told me how much it was to repair but suggested that I was mechanical they would guide me through the process, they have been very helpful and supportive and I would highly recommend them for any RV needs you may have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my trailer to them to get a quote on a roof repair 2 days later they tried charging me $375 for fixing my water that I never asked for when I asked why they would fix something without my consent the woman I was dealing with threw a temper tantrum and said that she would just cut all of the work they had done out. So I'm left with holes in the floor of my trailer. I do not recommend this place and am planning on taking legal action against them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I have dealt with Peterborough RV for numerous years. We have found their service to be beyond exceptional. Kati in the service department is very helpful, friendly and will to do anything to ensure you are satisfied with their business. This is a small local family run business and I highly recommend them for all your trailer needs. I have had wonderful interactions with all staff at this business. I am always greeted in a friendly welcoming manner and they are eager to assist you. I would never go anywhere else! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. Called about getting a part, was put on hold for about 20 minutes and then explained what we needed. The woman said she would check and would call me back. I never heard back from her and couldn't get through again. I even emailed them through their website and no response. We will be going elsewhere and will never use them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff that are always willing to help. They took care of my trailer warranty issues as quickly as possible. Great prices on all their items and their staff is very knowledgeable. I have been using them for 5+ years without a single issue, I am a very demanding but fair customer and they always go above and beyond, a little respect goes a long way.
This place is very busy for good reason, people need to learn some patience and realize they are not the center of the universe, you get back what you put in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely recommend, knowledgeable staff members that go above and beyond with their customer service. Picked up my trailer from a gas test and everything worked, while I was there I picked up some hard to find odds and ends. Also talked to the staff and they walked me throught how to properly repair the water damage in the roof of my RV. Definitely will recommend to family and friends. Thanks !
