★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i can not give them any stars, but i had to give 1 to post this - no customer service at all and good luck trying to order anything. its like they are out of business . I have emailed and called on various occasions with no response no answer. very poor business. i can not comment on the meat since i have yet to even reach anyone, let alone try the meat . good luck all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This product is neither Japanese nor Kobe beef. It is an angus-wagyu cross unrelated in production process to the beef produced in Kobe, Japan.
Writing « Kobe » in English and then Japanese characters on the packaging is a deceptive business practice, regardless of the actual quality of the product.
