★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice park. Has a playground, benches and bathrooms. Its near dentists, pain clinic, physio, gyms, bookstore, pharmacy and more. Good if you have children and have to go to an appointment, but your significant other would rather play in a park with the kids. Sadly its near a mens halfway house and a womens shelter. So their is the high risk of needles and odd characters so use caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful Park with free parking. Great to take your children! However, there are sometimes people doing drugs. Be vigilant when bringing your kids. the actual playground is safe though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's nice to hang out with friends and family. Very calming, washrooms are available and people have other activities going on around you and sometimes you can watch a baseball game or practice. Take a break and appreciate all the goodness around you?
