I highly recommend the saffron rice and also the Falafel. The Falafels are Fresh and have a smooth texture. It also has a mixture of herbs in it which makes it taste different from other Falafels you may have tried.

The portion seemed much smaller than what I've gotten at other locations. There was probably 2cm worth of rice at the bottom and simply holding the container felt substantially lighter compared to the other locations I've visited. Also, other locations don't charge to add the pickles and peppers. I'm taking off two stars because I don't feel like the value is there with this location. I was considering taking off 3 but the food quality and service was still good so I didn't want to be too harsh. Maybe it was a 1 off experience, but it's a 3* until I try again and they prove otherwise.

M	Matt W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to this location for the highly advertised saj wraps. Although the flavor was good, it was a bit over priced and confusing. All of the menus on the website, IG and menu board in person describe each type of saj wrap (chicken, beef, lamb or veggie) as: 'Served in a SAJ Wrap ( middle eastern style flatbread ) layered with fries plus your choice of 3 toppings & Osmow's signature Garlic Sauce & Tahini.' This made me (and my friends) think fries are scattered around, below, or on the wrap. What the real meaning translates to is fries have the option to be included IN the actual wrap. I'm not a fan of potato inside my wraps, so I declined having fries in the wrap. When paying ($12.49 for the lamb wrap) I found out there was no fries on the side. They explained the fries had to be in the wrap, I asked - can you just put the fries that would have been in the wrap, on the side, and they said no. This was confusing since most toppings such as pickles, raddish or even sauce can be put on the side without issue, but for some reason they're skimping on the fries.

It was my third time at Osmow’s, two times before it I was happy with the service and food. I work nearby that’s why this place is a great place for me to grab my lunch. Today, however, what happened - changed my mind. First of all, from 6 team members who were working, only two of them they wearing their masks properly. It’s absolutely unacceptable. Second, being the only customer in the store, I still was waiting for my wrap for almost 15 minutes, because staff was too busy talking between each other. Third, I specifically said that I don’t want hot peppers and turnips in my wrap. As soon as I bite into it, what do I see? Hot peppers. This is ridiculous. Clearly your staff doesn’t care about their customers, their wishes or their safety. So why would I spent money in the place like this? Yeah, I am not coming back, at least at this location. You need seriously improve your customer service skills. Update: I came back after I got a reply to see if anything actually changed and I was pleasantly surprised. Masks in place, no mistakes, quick service. Good job! Thanks for improving your weaknesses, keep up the great work!
