Sharon, the owner, is really humble. And Michael offers great customer service every time I visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: changing to 1 star. Breaks my heart. I picked it up, it was 2/3rds empty. Looked like someone ate half of it. And it's now been 45mins. I don't know how they can scew up so bad. Then the guy argued with me that it was the size of the container and just looks small. But there was literally 3 bites left. $17 for 3 bites, he was seriously trying to make me take it. They made another one

Ok. Food is awesome. I go here a lot.
But MAN! They are soooooo freaking slow!
Placing your order (for 1 item) takes up to 10 minutes, then another 15 to 20 to make it. Except, it's spinning on a giant spit, so why so long?
Anyway, food is good, just have to accept a horrendous wait if you want it.
Oh, and I've tried ordering ahead of time online, doesn't work. Half hour later and they didn't even start making it, still had to wait 15mins when I got there. Picture shows the line up.
If they fix this problem, I'll change my review to 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a person like me who's got a wide range of experience living around the restaurant business I was overly impressed with this place. Often chains and franchises run on standard operational levels. These guys go out of their way to listen to their customers. On top of having delicious food, from the chicken, to lamb. There platters with great tahani ranch flavoured sauces and sandwiches that make you look forward to going back.
I have never been approached by a restaurant manager in the food court of a mall and ask how you are liking our food, and what can we do to make this better for you and us? This amazed me! On top of their food ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Food. Fresh Falafel and their spice is great. Love the flavors. Friendly staff as well. Must try for everyone. Please be careful about the spice, they have different levels so choose according to your taste. I tried their Saj on Stix it was ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered and ate in the food court. I got the Chicken on the Rocks with no spiciness added. It was AMAZING! I even went back a couple hours later to get dinner for my partner and I got him the Everyday Special (Medium chicken on the rocks with small fatoush salad). I added a medium level of spiciness to it. He absolutely loved it too! I’ll definitely be going back :) the staff were all really friendly.
