★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent quality in clothing. For a mother shopping for twins I find that some stuff are a little bit pricey. The reason why I'm giving them four-stars is because of their sale nothing more than what 25% off for a kids store you need to do better than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store always has great selection, is organized, tidy, and clean. The staff is also friendly and kind. I really appreciated that they have a changing room for kiddos including and changing table, helped me put my son's snowsuit on to check if it fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best quality for children's clothes around. So much better than Wal-Mart. The sizes are also so true to fit. They have great door crashers and sales once a week. If a price drops they will honor the price difference with your receipt. The customer service is always great as well. Staff are diligent and always friendly and willing to help you out to explain sizing differences and to find sizes in the back. The bigger and newer the Carter's store, the better the selection. Such a great place for babies and children's clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nice vibrant location with tons of selections to choose from. My mom and I have been shopping here for my nephews clothing for a few months now. They have great deals and good quality clothing. The staff and management are amazing, especially this really tall lady, Madison. She’s always helping us with deals and what the best styles are. She’s our “go to” associate when she’s there. Great deals, quality clothing, friendly staff.... I don’t know what more you can ask for in a store. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here to return an item and was told policy has changed as there is only exchange and no store credit option. Since when? I felt the lady treated me unfairly due to my skin color. As soon as I was able to find a receipt her time changed. I received NO apology and she then went to go hide in the back. Horrible I won’t be coming back to this location.

It's almost 7 years now that I've been shopping in this store for my kids and never before my experience has been so amazing, the other staff is not so polite even for simple things.
