★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 12 march i went to foot locker in shoppers world. There was a 2 ladies and one boy(workers).
The boy and the white girl was nice. But other tall girl was so rude.
I was so scared to talk to her because she was yelling at me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The short black lady was super rude, even the white lady and the other black guy felt it and then she started throwing stuff at the back just cause I asked is that the new shipment and did you guys receive this shoes and she said you are not my boss, no wonder the boss doesn’t want to visit when she’s working the other two employees were nice no offence to them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t even bother coming to this location if you see it the Caucasian worker there, she is lazy and won’t check the back loool. The Erin mills location will always check the back and help you as best they can.
And I’ve never actually had to do this, but in order for management to understand who I’m speaking about I have to be descriptive. She worked Friday dec 17th at the 2:30pm shift. The first thing she did is look at my shoes ?. I had my work shoes (some black Jordan’s. I don’t take care of my work shoes. but that’s my business). The moment she seen me she ran away and pretended to do something. I came in ready to put 500$-1000$ down on shoes as Christmas presents but she was not tryna help at all. Idk if it was judgement or laziness but she needs a evaluation cause I went to champion and was done in 15 mins and was well respected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is small, and doesn't carry much selection. The shoe selection was rather ugly tbh. I mentioned to an employee how ugly all the shoes were; they nodded their head in agreement and suggested I go to the Bramalea City Centre location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give them 0 star. The staff specially the tiny black girl with red hair is very very rude. She literally yelled on one of my friends just because he went in the back room. She has no patience and 0 customer service. She really needs to learn some etiquettes how to speak with customers. Ngl but Never gonna go back there for sure.
