★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased the Groupon to do a trial of the fitness kickboxing here, and we've had a blast! We felt welcome right from the start, and our coach made sure we knew what was going on. We've learned a lot and had a great time doing it! The coach is awesome, and everyone makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend this place for everyone interested in kickboxing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started going to the kickboxing classes in February 2019 beause I wanted to get in shape and to also learn kickboxing. This class is amazing, the people are amazing, you get a great work out and they make you feel so welcomed. Sifu is very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I absolutely recommend this place!!
