There is a salesman there his name Adham he helped me a lot he explain every small details about the sunglasses so

I stopped in because I noticed the sign, 2 pairs for $199.00, to my surprise it wasn’t that much more to get 2 pairs of multifocal glasses. I always struggle picking glasses but this time the staff at Oscar Wylee were so helpful and had me try on pairs I would never have tried on in the past. I ended up ordering my glasses that day and picked them up today. Absolutely love them and I can’t say enough about the exceptional customer service by Adham, James, and Keizel. My sister ended up ordering glasses too. Selection of frames and staff are top notch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight after a not so great experience at one of the newer glasses stores in the Mall, my son and I decided to check out Oscar Wylee. We walked in the door and were greeted by the most fantastic customer service I have personally ever received. Within 10 minutes of being in the store Elaine helped us find the perfect glasses for us. I am not even exaggerating, Elaine grabbed four pairs she thought would be good for us and we bought them instantly. We did not even try any others and their selection is incredible! Her kindness, genuine concern and honesty and the fact we were able to get 2 pairs for $199 are just a few of the reasons I can’t wait to go back. I strongly suggest if you want beautiful glasses and to feel valued as a paying customer, choose Oscar Wylee. Elaine, Liam and I could not have asked for a better experience. We appreciate you more than you know. Many, many thanks and we look forward to seeing you once our glasses are ready for pick up.

I had a hard time choosing my go-to frame at the store and the staff was super patient and friendly to help me. They even gave me advice on which frame I should choose based on my preference. It took around 3 weeks to receive the glasses, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommend!
