★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 0 stars if I could for the terrible customer service! We found a place to live and didn't need the full stay we originally planned at the site so we left a week early. The lady at the office said we'd get a refund for the remaining days for leavings early but when we came back after moving the trailer a few days later the same lady said no refund! The site neighbours told us there were other people renting our site during or original length so the park people got double pay for the site! We should have just left our trailer at the site and saved ourselves the trouble of finding a storage place on short notice if we knew the park representatives were going to go back on their word and not refund us as promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute dream of a spot right next to the Crofton / Salt Spring ferry to Vesuvius. Gorgeous black sand beaches, great laundry, shower and bath facilities, and reasonable rates. Lots of long term and short term spots with semi-serviced spots right on the water. Pet and family friendly, convenient location to explore both up-island and down-island.
Can't say enough good things about this place, it's great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place but nervous about going again. Very disorganized booking system. We had to move spots but no one ever showed up for other spot. People came in and someone was in there spot. No wifi unless your at the office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice campground located on the water next to Salt Spring Ferry. Sites very close together not very level but a great view. New owners who were very unprofessional. While were waiting to go into the office we overheard owners treating a full time resident very rudely. Ladies working in the office were incredibly kind but owners did not know their names. Referred to them as "the old lady in the office". Confirm your reservations when we arrived they did not have our reservation, thankfully we had it all on our phone. Told we had to move after 3 days due to another reservation. Moved to the new spot, no one ever showed up.
Great views though and town of Crofton nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rip off!! Do not stay here!! They took a booking a month ago and were paid in full upfront. 2 days before check in, they called and said that the price was higher. Either pay it or get refunded. What kind of business does that???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family was booked for a one week stay to be here for my sons birth, last minute the manager called and demanded 1000$ more after having paid in full months ago. Or to cancel the spot completely. 2 days before the long weekend. Terrible management service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a cabin in September and paid a deposit. When we arrived at 2:30 pm on Friday there was nobody there. The office is open 10-2. Fortunately we had friends who were put in a 3 bedroom and they had room for us. We went to the office on Saturday and the lady couldn't even find our reservation. Fortunately I had a record of the deposit on my Visa. I left a message on their phone the day before saying we couldn't get into our cabin but they only check messages from 10-2. The lady working was very nice - it wasn't her fault. It's just a mess there. We've been going there for 5 years in a row- this was horrific.
