 Good service, but several buses do not have the wifi on board as promised. Calm atmosphere, we can still work.

1: la localisation du terminus est horrible, dans le coin de victo ou il ny as pas de trottoirs.
2: le gérant de la place qui ne fait que se plaindre parce que on as acheté nos billets en ligne et quil ne fait pas dargent dessus (je men fout et jvais surtout pas encourager cet endroit qui fait pas d'efforts)
3: ya que quelques places ou s'asseoir alors quil y as toujours des tonnes de personnes.
a big zero for several reasons
1: the location of the terminus is horrible, in the corner of victo or there are no sidewalks.
2: the manager of the place who only complains because we bought our tickets online and he does not make money on it (I men fout and I especially not encourage this place that does not effort)
3: there are only a few places to sit while there are still tons of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un gros zero pour le service a la clientele au téléphone chez orleans express!!!! elle ne sait meme pas que le terminus a changer d adresse et ne me donne meme pas le bon prix! faut le faire. et elle me dit que ses affaires sont a jour. aie!
a big zero for customer service on the phone at orleans express !!!! she doesn't even know that the terminus has changed address and doesn't even give me the right price! must do it. and she tells me her stuff is up to date. Ouch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only bus company here for long distance or during weekend but I don’t get why they moved their stop at Victoriaville Bus Station and have it now outside the city so you have to take a taxi to go to city center. That’s not convenient.
