★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees were all great very helpful and chearfull sofar great experience. Recommend to anyone travelling out of Ontario by bus. The one at the desk has been very understanding I think is the word when it comes to issues with travelers. I would give another star just for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As this is the main bus station for Ontario northland they have kept it neat an the city taxi is just a pick of a phone away... If you are stuck in the middle of the night just walk into this bus stop and pick the black phone an u will be able to book a cab

There's a couple of vending machines for drinks and snacks
If you want to do some shopping
The Northgate Square is right there just take the stairs downstairs and out the door and you are right there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus driver was rude. Bus was dirty. We payed for 2 adult seats and 1 seat for toddler but because of so many people on the bus toddler sat on my lap for 5 hrs of the ride. Very poor service and will be asking for a refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big clean friendly safe feeling environment. Helpful staff. And LOCKERS ! Perfect for waiting for the bus, take a few minutes to visit the Northgate mall food court located at the entrance closest to this beautiful station. If you're lucky enough you may see a train pass by!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overbooked. No social distancing. Women kept deliberately removing her mask even after I asked her politely to put it back on. The drivers did not wear masks. 6 seats at the front were blocked off. I will be the first to give kudos however I will definitely won't be shy to give a bad review. Bother driver were really short when passengers asked questions.
