★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aujourd'hui le 08/09/19 tous les départs à partir de Longueuil ont été annulé suite à la fermeture du pont Jacques-Cartier, mais je n'ai jamais été avisée de ce fait par Orléans Express. J'ai attendu 40 minutes devant la porte avant qu'un agent vienne nous avertir moi et une autre dame prenant le même bus qu'il n'y aurait aucun voyage. J'étais justement en attente avec le service à la clientèle lorsque ledit homme c'est présenté (20 minutes d'attente avant d'obtenir une réponse) et Orléans Express m'ont mentionné qu'ils auraient envoyé des courriels et tenté de téléphoner les clients mais je vous confirme n'avoir reçu aucun avis. On m'a offert de prendre un bus à partir de Montréal à mes frais pour ensuite réclamer un potential remboursement à la compagnie ce qui est innacceptable. Je suis une cliente fidèle d'Orléans Express depuis les 5 dernières années et malheureusement je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec eux pour le futur.
Today 08/09/19 all departures from Longueuil have been canceled following the closure of the Jacques Cartier Bridge, but I have never been informed by Orléans Express. I waited 40 minutes in front of the door before an agent came to warn me and another lady taking the same bus that there would be no trip. I was just waiting with the customer service when said man is presented (20 minutes waiting before getting an answer) and Orléans Express told me that they would have sent emails and tried to phone Customers but I confirm you have not received any notice. I was offered to take a bus from Montreal at my expense and then claim a refund potential to the company which is unacceptable. I have been a loyal customer of Orléans Express for the last 5 years and unfortunately I will never do business with them again for the future.
