H	Hark Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your looking to wait over a month for your tools to get fixed, then they are not bad. I was expecting a better turnaround time on a simple chuck replacement. Had to call 2 weeks after dropping off to ask about my drill, couldn't find it then called told me they found it and it wasent ready needed another 2 weeks, basically forgot to to do the work. No apologies no nothing. I'd go elsewhere if you can.

P	PROMETAL ROOFING on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped off my Milwaukee impact driver to be fixed, had some electronic issues. My mistake was that I picked up the tool few weeks later after getting the call from them confirming the item was ready for pick up. When I came to pick up the item I could not recognize it. It was so greasy dirty and sticky. I am doing roofing, so my tools are worn but I do not working with oils and dirt. The tag attached to the handle was so worn from dirty hands and exploitations that was difficult to see the inscription on it. It looks like the tag fell off once and was reattached because has staples in two spots. It is a shame thinking you bring the tools to be fixed but they will hardly use them for their needs.... beware....
