β β β β β Really nice flagship like store!! Helpful staff and efficient checkout. Picked up an large item from the warehouse, the staff received the purchase order and get it ready by the time I pulled up to the doors with my vehicle. Nicely done!!

Most of the items have better pricing than any other Box store.
Range of products is huge, sometimes I get confused when I see an item, that it is also available.

Not about this location: In general I feel Princess Auto is unorganized store, I visited various locations all same.

β β β β β It was my first time visiting the store last week through recommendation from a friend. My experience there was amazing. There were workers everywhere so if I need help finding a product I find someone immediately (donβt have to walk around the entire store just to find someone). So different from any retail store that Iβve visited. Even if itβs not their department they would still try their best to help me and not turn away my questions. I was looking a ratchet set that was on sale and on their computer it says they have 3. Thatβs probably a hard miss to find with the amount of products they have on the floor. Itβs like finding a needle on a haystack. Three people had to help me and eventually we found it underneath all the other tools. Overall my experience at Princess Auto was amazing would definitely come again to shop there. Probably going to be my go to store. Once again a big thanks to Nickiesha, Bryan and Beatrice for helping me out. I really appreciate it. Excellent customer service!!! Keep it up!!!

β β β β β Repair tools are much cheaper here. Whenever I need a tool, I look at a few places and the best price is only here. It has a very good price policy. The product variety is sufficient. I wish there were more products.

β β β β β Overpriced, poor quality Made In China products. They sell them for the same price as name brands sold at Canadian Tire, and they usually last only a couple of uses.
Staff are hard to find when you need them, and then are rarely helpful or friendly. I went there again today, and couldn't find what I was looking for. I tracked down a staff member, who I asked for a cleaning product I needed. She pointed me to the wrong kind, I asked if they had any others, and she said "no, that's it" as she walked away. After I paid I was walking out and saw the one I was asking her about. But that isn't the only time.
I'll only go here as a last resort. You'll save money buying somewhere else.

β β β β β Excellent Customer Service!!! I dropped by this weekend to purchase a set of drill bits that the website said they had 8 items in stock. We could not find them anywhere. I talked to the store manager (Solheim), he took another look and since we couldn't find it, he found another set of similar drill bits (it was actually a larger set) and offered tot me a great price. He went well above and beyond and wanted to Thank Him for his excellent Customer Service! I am a customer for life! Thanks Again!

β β β β β First of all the staff is very good theyβre very pleasant & helpful compared to other big box stores. However my problem was Princess auto is that a lot of the material is priced incorrectly or is placed in the wrong bays, so when you get to the cash out area the price for you see in the basket is not what you pay at the cash register. Iβve been there a few times and this has been a problem both times on multiple items. The management should be in way more all over this to make sure the correct products are in the correct location.

β β β β β Went in at 10 am to get a few things for my company. All the things they said they had in stock online they did not have in store and had no idea where these items were on the shelves. The last time i was here i spent 45 minutes taking all the wheels off the shelf to try and find the one they said they had 18 of, and the staff had no idea where they were. I went to pay for the 1 item i did find and was told i cannot pay, i asked why as i have purchased items on behalf of my company before and got screamed at by a women on cash, i hadn't argued or made a scene and was just approached in an ungodly way. I was so uncomfortable i just dropped the item and left, was so embarassing. I hope this guides people to another location as this store has no sense of organization, knowledge of stock, and human decency. Get better!!
