R	Ron B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in late afternoon and the restaurant was basically empty. Sat at the bar for 10 minutes and was not acknowledged once! Bartender had her back to me and was too busy organizing glasses. Rest of the staff was in the back organizing skip the dishes orders. After 10 minutes of waiting I left and went across the street. There I was acknowledged right away, received excellent service and left a big tip..

However, they always give the charred potatoes, the chicken burger with a very greasy crispy, and the very greasy A.C.E burger as well. I expected more from this place, without a doubt great attention and a comfortable and pleasant place but the food is not their thing.

Tried the crispy fried chicken sandwich with their poutine and nachos with Cajun chicken. Their gravy has a nice depth of flavour and their crispy chicken sandwich is huge! The nachos were also delicious, the chicken was especially flavourful
M	Manny Fran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 of us went for supper before a social at Greendell CC. Seemed the perfect locale. The drinks we fantastic. Wife ordered The Patio Joe cocktail and it was fantastic. The food was good. The service not so much. One friend ordered a 9oz red. Then ordered a 6oz afterwards. Turned out they were the same size. In the end she was billed for 2 sixes. Wife ordered a steak sandwich with the stipulation that they had steak sauce. Server assured they did. Food came. No sauce and No steak knife. Asked 2 servers to get a knife. We were half done our meals by the time she got one. Still no sauce. She finally discovered they don't have steak sauce. But she could bring BBQ sauce ?. Said no thanks but she brought it anyways. When my wife asked for ketchup for her fries, she was told it was extra...ketchup ?. 1 sauce per meal apparently. Overheard the table next to use complaining about their service as well. Same server. Unfortunately it only takes one bad experience turn someone off a business, especially with the choice of great restaurants in the area. And to charge for ketchup is inexcusable.

Service was fantastic today with enough staff to support the amount of customers in the restaurant. Our server was very polite and non intrusive during the dining experience.

Fries serve cool. The $21.50 Grill cheese burger had a attached (metal/plastic) in it. They offer to cut the price in half. Will not return

Fish was crispy and stacked to perfection with a gooey piece of melted processed cheese in between. As for the sides… not a fan of fries in general but I always order them here specifically to get the dill dip… I wish they’d package and sell this dip because I would buy it weekly! Service was great although it was pretty dead in the restaurant. Thanks for the late Sunday lunch y’all!
