★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'est bien beau de donner la formation gratuite en janvier mais la plupart des I.A. les avait déjà faites.Je ne continuerai certainement pas mon métier l'année prochaine avec tout ce qui arrive. Même votre prix pour la licence est trop pour ce que l'on reçoit en retour .C'est probablement le mieux que vous pouvez faire
 It's all well and good to give the free training in January but most of the AIs had already done it, so I will definitely not continue my trade next year with whatever comes up. Even your price for the license is too much for what you get in return. This is probably the best you can do

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dans une belle grande bâtisse de Mtl, secrétaire à l'accueil un peu bête, service à clientèle laisse à désirer, étant membre de OIIAQ je trouve qu'ils ne gâtent pas les infirmières auxiliaires, peu valoriser.. me souviens il y a 10-13ans nous recevions des stylos, les pads de note, lumières de poches, cordon pour cartes d'identité, des petites pensées. Maintenant pu rien, même si ce n'était pas grand choses ça nous encourageaient de recevoir ses petits présents, surtout qu'on paye toujours plus cher pour exercer notre métier, avec des conditions de mar***. Um

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un ordre qui nous arnaque !! Il annule à la dernière minute , après que la plupart d’entre nous ait payé pour ses heures de formations continues , l’obligation de le faire ! En plus d’augmenter le prix de la cotisation alors que ce métier devient de plus en plus dur et ingrat . Je ne suis pas la seule à me poser la question si ça vaut la peine de poursuivre dans ce domaine MALTRAITÉ de tout bord .

Long story short: we need a class action in court to expose them from darkness to the light. This army of darkness is not there to help BUT TO COLLECT YOUR MONEY... i'm not sure exactly why they exist! THEY WILL PAY FOR ALL THE EVIL THEY DID PASSING AN ILLEGAL AND RIDICULOUS LAW WITH RETROACTIVE CHARACTER destroying lives and families!!! What goes around comes around , them or their children will pay for hurting THOUSANDS OF LPN's...

It's almost comical how annoyed they sound on the phone answering my questions trying to navigate this labrinth of inconsistencies.
