J ai acheté un laptop chez Ordi Pros en voulant encourager local au lieu d une grosse bannière et la personne me dit qu il est clef en main avec Exel, Wold et tout le tralala....
C est un lap top qui est recyclé a $400.00 et la personne me donne sa carte d affaire et sur cette carte c est écrit propriétaire et me dit qu il vas m envoyer ma facture par Émail que j ai jamais reçu en passant !!
Moi j ai confiance car il semblait honnête et moi je suis pas très connaissante dans les ordinateurs !!
1 mois plus tard plus rien ne fonctionne donc je retourne avec le laptop et ont me dit que cette personne ne travail plus là et qu il as entourloupé plusieur clients grrrr
Et pis la le vrai propriétaire veut me recharger $85.00 pour mettre Exel, wold et qu il fait un spécial car habituellement ça coûte $199.00.
Moi j ai acheté comme une coquille vide grrrr
J ai demandé un remboursement ou qu il me charge aucun frais puisque c était SON employé et dans SON magasin mais il veut pas assumer les magouilles de son employé.
J ai eu ma leçon et la prochaine fois je vais aller chez les grosse bannière pour des achats spécialisés comme ça je suis sûr de plus me faire avoir !!

I bought a laptop from Ordi Pros by wanting to encourage local instead of a big banner and the person tells me that it is turnkey with Exel, Wold and all the tralala ....
It is a lap top which is recycled at $ 400.00 and the person gives me his business card and on this card it is written owner and tells me that he is going to send me my invoice by Email which I never received in passing !!
Me I trust because he seemed honest and I am not very knowledgeable in computers !!
1 month later nothing works so I go back with the laptop and told me that this person no longer works there and that he has surrounded several customers grrrr
And the real owner wants to top me up $ 85.00 to put Exel, wold and make a special because usually it costs $ 199.00.
I bought like an empty shell grrrr
I asked for a refund or that he charge me no costs since it was HIS employee and in HIS store but he does not want to assume the shenanigans of his employee.
I had my lesson and next time I will go to the big banner for specialized purchases so I am sure to be fooled again !!

Quand j'ai communiqué avec OrdiPros, il m'a expliqué ce que c'était "possiblement " comme problème, ça pris 30 minutes et 57$ et mon portable était de nouveau fonctionnel !!! Merci
Great experience! I had called the Acer company, they would change an amount of $ 514 for me to send to Mississauga, Ontario. When I contacted OrdiPros, he explained to me what it was "possibly" like, it took 30 minutes and $ 57 and my laptop was functional again !!! Thank you
