To reply to the response...I am fully aware of the dr shortage as I am u able to get any help for a variety of things because you need a dr to refer you etc...hence why I came to your clinic. If the shortage effects the clinic so badly it may save people such frustration and waste of their time if you don't go to phone in for a appointment time.
u	urvashi pharma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is horrible .. they told me to come after 2 hours when i got my self registered, then after 2 and half hour when i came back again i waited there again for more than 2 hours and when i asked the receptionist lady, they couldn’t find my name on the list and then realized their own mistake and put me back on the list and then i was waiting again in another room for doctor ,dont know what was happening, during all this time i was in pain and nobody cared at all. Irresponsible and unprofessional people.. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here. They just don’t care ..

Previous doctor at Mission Medical really didn't seem to care, or listen, or do a thorough exam. I felt Dr. Livingstone's exam of my knee was much more thorough and he genuinely listened to me. Asked if I would like a stronger medicine for my pain, and recommended a place for physiotherapy. Whereas, the other doctor didn't even follow up after my x ray, I had to call them for the results. Or offer me anything for the pain. I must also say, the phone was ringing off the hook the entire time I was there and the receptionist was great. She works really hard! Best experience I've had at a doctors office.
A	Adrianna Bartolotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at this walk-in clinic today! There were 2 receptionists available and both of them are extremely lovely, kind, and knowledgeable. They also promptly answer the phones unlike many other clinics in Kelowna that don't even give you an option to speak with a receptionist. I was greeted within 5 seconds of walking in the door and was added to a 3 hour waitlist to see one of the walk-in doctors. The process was very streamline and easy. You are able to leave the clinic and go elsewhere until your approximate wait time is over. The doctor I saw was also very kind and knowledgeable. I don't understand why this clinic would have any bad reviews at all, so take those comments with a grain of salt and give this place a try before making any negative assumptions :) One of the receptionist's suggested that if you'd like to be seen the same day for a walk-in appointment that you should arrive as early as possible and add your name to the list. I would agree with her, in that I arrived early in the morning and had no issue with being seen the same day. With the shortage of doctors and physicians in Kelowna everyone has to expect a bit of a wait time right now and to have patience.

Had to wait for 3 hours to finally see the doctor but that is totally understandable because of the imbalance between demand and supply these days. Dr Tim was excellent as was the Reception staff. The whole process was smooth and systematic.
