★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this company. This was the worst experience I have ever had. First after paying $100+ for my tour I was met with incompetent and inconsiderate college students running this enterprise. Day#1 I was told the wrong location for my tour. I then had to walk over a mile to the other location because they don’t feel it’s important to inform their guests which location they are assigned to. To add I didn’t see any whales and the guide thought it was cool to stare at sea kelp. Good thing they have a return for free trip guarantee… WRONG I returned the next morning to try again and they canceled the 9am trip after I told them I have a flight to catch. So I sat in the rain for 1.5 hrs to take trip two; no whales again. However other vessels saw them. Then when I returned to ask if I have another trip and am told no; only two tries. I will never return. Go with Prince of Whales for a better experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service. As a solo traveler who has gained a following because of my adventures I have a zero tolerance for bad customer service. In my case I literally got skipped over by every single female on that boat in regards to my experience or even acknowledging that I was even there. That's from beginning to end. Everyone else around me got asked, "Do you have any questions? Did you get to see the whale? Did you have a good time? Thanks for coming." I didn't get any of that. Even when they took my boarding pass I dont believe a peep was made. Go some where else. -MrBucketlist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The highlight of our trip to Vancouver!! The weather and wind condition were perfect. Saw lots of killer whales and humpback whales! The naturalist, captain Sherry and the crew Jack were extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was comfortable with the ride and gave us lots of guidance in terms of successful observing not only whales, but seals and birds! Will definitely recommend to a friend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot gloat enough about how awesome my experience was with them! First off, both guides were absolutely fantastic. Made an already great experience even better. Secondly, humpback whales!! There were about six of them, and they were doing full breaches out of the water. I am SO glad I did this. Thank you so much guys! I would shout out the two tour guides on my boat, but I don't remember their names. It was on Sept. 28th, 2021 though. They really do deserve full credit. If I could rate 6 stars, I absolutely would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I went on a whale watching excursion and it was so much fun! Mick was a fantastic guide and our time on the water was a lucky one. Got to see a whole bunch of humpback whales and even got to see a sea otter! And of course a bunch of sea lions. Such an amazing time. Will defiantly go back. The service was great from the time we got there to when we left. You created such a great memory for my partner and I. Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mic, our guide was super informative , a great navigator and definitely knew how to drive a Zodiac. The coolest trip I've ever been on.
Sadly we hung out too long for just one whale so it was a bit disappointing our focus wasn't spread out when seeking ocean life.
With that being said when visiting Victoria this absolutely something you need to experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An awesome way to get out on the water!! Our captains were energetic, fun, and extremely knowledgeable of the land, water, and all inhabitants. This was definitely a more lively way to go whale watching, zipping across the water and getting a little wet in the process made things much more exciting! I’d absolutely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best tours I've ever been on! The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Got to see a few whales which was an unforgettable experience. Definitely opt for the Zodiac tour as you really get the full experience that way.
