If you have a difficult time finding the motivation to get to the gym or just feel intimidated by the gym then I highly suggest trying out Orangetheory. These classes really push you to work and the results you'll see in even just a month are amazing! Not only that, but the staff here are friendly, helpful and motivating!

The workout is great, the music high energy and the trainers really keep you feeling confident and motivated. You can tell that the staff at the Clair Rd Guelph location really love what they do.

I'm a skilled trades worker and often experience peak seasons and low season where lay offs happen. Well after one particular lay off I decided to get an Orange Theory Fitness membership to stay in shape. My cousin had been apart of the gym and spoke highly of it. I never was strongly into fitness but decided to give it a go. I loved it. The coaches were amazing, providing encouragement, nutrition advice, alternative exercises to compensate my hip injury. However, the down sides were that I had the hardest time getting into classes once I got a job and was trying for the 6-7pm range. Also the cancelation fee is steep on top of a monthly bill of about $180/MTH for the unlimited classes membership. I did lose 15lbs in about 2½mths however the cost isn't justifiable for the limited classes

I love the workouts, they're different every day. I love the staff here- they're very supportive and truly amazing. The coaches are really motivating and will always push me to be better/faster/stronger. I love this place!

My whole family comes to this gym and the respect from every single staff member is something that I admire the most. Being acknowledged is what makes this gym and location the best. Thank you!

I went 6 days this past week and I have to say without a doubt this is the best OTF studio I've ever been to by far. I've been to over 20 different studios throughout the US and while I've never been to a 'bad' one Guelph was the best. I was welcomed immediately and felt right at home. Coaches (hey Abbey! Karen!) were outstanding. They were energetic, paid attention to our form and corrected when necessary and just nice, nice people. This isn't the experience at every OTF at all. Come to Seattle to see! Lol. (half kidding). Thanks again G team! I can't wait to see you again! - Tony
