They will CHARGE you a late entrance fee and then refused to let you in if you are late for one minute! Very sketchy place. Also beware those fake 5 star reviews.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Untrained employee assigned to help me and my friend. Never told us policy and when we have to get to class! Call me 7 in the morning unannounced and very rude. Be careful who they offer you to help you unless you want to get all the wrong infos

BUYER BEWARE! Had multiple experiences where they continued to be bill me after cancelling my membership. This happened on two separate occasions to the tune of $1000 total. This required hours of my time just to have this issue resolved. I don't believe this was an honest mistake, this was intentional negligence. If I had not been so proactive in monitoring and addressing this situation, I don't believe it would have been resolved. Likely something they count on. They also make the process of rectifying incredibly complex and convoluted, was told on two separate occasions, although they billed in error, they could not take any action until it was discussed and a decision was made at a monthly regional managers meeting. This happened twice, I waited over 1 month to find out if they had decided they would refund the payment they took after having cancelling my membership. And a month after having received the refund they still hadn't fixed the issue in their system, resulting in me being billed incorrectly again and having to wait another month plus to have this issue resolved.

Worst customer service. Very rude unprofessional staff. Don't wate your time here there are many gyms nearby. The only thing they care is to get your credit card info at first with out giving any information about the classes.After sending so many wrong confirmation texts(that was new!!)for our free first class. Finally we went there 2 min late and they didn't let us in and I say again it was for the First Free Session.

the staff is very helpful and they aim to make your experience as comfortable as possible, I was hesitant about joining after reading the reviews but I really enjoyed my first workout here and I’m happy I didn’t let the previous reviews ruin my experience at this wonderful gym.

The staff here are so sweet and the coaches kept me motivated during the workouts! Scheduling a workout was also very easy and convenient through the app and I loved that I got reminders to attend my classes. The after feeling an hour HIT workout is that best!!!

New members BE AWARE of the policies before signing up. You cannot be late, no cell phones, and forget cancelling a class. This is a elite gym but feels like a prison sentence and here's why!!!!!! Today I was scheduled for a class at 10:45am but woke up with a sore throat so I called at 7 am to ask if I could cancel the class to ensure I am follow their covid request without paying the cancellation fee. The receptionist said she would call me back to give me an update regarding the fee. I told her if they plan to enforce the fee then I would attend the class and take it easy. At 7:40 am I got a call back and she said it's fine, get better. Based on that call I did not attend my class. Almost 1 hour after the class (11:38 am) I received an email charging me the cancellation fee after I was told not to attend. My husband and I are both members of the NORTH YORK location but after today we will no longer be going back. I pay $200 a month to attend and am very disappointed in the policies. No gym should be this strict The entire situation was handled poorly. I was very upset.

So I just signed up this past month and I’m loving my time at Orangetheory! The coaches push me, correct my form, and are super supportive and kind. I see a lot of reviews talking about the strictness of time, but I’m a super early person for everything so I’ve never experienced that. I only have good things to say! I think the environment is really supportive (especially compared to other gyms in the area I’ve been to) and I’m excited to see how my fitness journey grows from here! ☺️
