★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all cost. I had to deal with them because of their carpet contract with Home Depot. They did a poor job of estimating what had to be done and how long it would take. They subcontract out the installers, who have to then make all the adjustments to do the work properly. Then when you complain to Advance, they turn it around and everything is the customer’s fault. What a gong show.
How bad is a local company when they have to throw in a positive review from their Vancouver location, lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy with the Vancouver branch. We bought carpet from Home Depot and had some issues but Lorna from the Vancouver location was so patient, friendly , and helpful. The day of the install the team arrived ahead of time, friendly and did a fantastic job .
