Took 4 hours before my roommate heard back but we had already switched to another company as new tenants were expecting to move in right away and we couldn't wait to see if they would get back to us. Would not recommend for anyone moving and having to trust the carpet cleaners will show up the day you book them for. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable company.

When booking over the phone, be sure to explicitly clarify your appointment time, because they mixed up my time slot. However, the service was performed efficiently and I still recommend them.
