★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company I HAVE EVER been ripped off by in awhile. OBVIOUSLY I NEED TO BE CRYSTAL CLEAR AS TO WHY I POSTED THIS REVEIW. (SO QUIT USING TRYING TO CONTACT ME MIDWEST). This company claimed they could have the job done the day I called which is the only reason I even used them, as others had a 1 day wait, this company's price is already higher then most. I was told the small apartment 1 room only was going to be 99.95 again higher then most and this was apparently a SPECIAL, they said if someone "COULD NOT MAKE IT" until after 4 p.m. then it would be an extra 25 dollar charge (THE EMPLOYEE'S TONE WAS BASICALLY SCREAMING SEE YOU AT 4 P.M.), SOOOOO they of course show up at 4:00 p.m. almost on the dot, come in and immediatly say 25 dollar extra charge(NO JOKES HERE), they had sat somewhere else and written out the receipt, as it was filled out before they got there, they took 10 minutes to do the carpet when they said it would take an hour. Its the fact that this company cleary used me being in a rush to take advantage, either way I will not be returning any emails, or phone calls, or try to recommend someone else to save money on the next cleaning service because I will never use them again. I am not going to waste any more time on this matter after re-posting this. I will not remove this. I do not want a refund. I want people to be AWARE of how you went about getting that extra $25 at an already high rate have a good day midwest carpet cleaners.
