β β β β β Opus has both essential and efficient art supplies and materials at sweet prices. As a student, you could get a 15% discount on the items you purchase. Be sure to sign-up and ensure you have either a list of your courses (showing your school app containing a list of courses is acceptable) or perhaps an I.D to receive your discount card. Staff is friendly and available to help you find anything you need or make recommendations if you're uncertain.

β β β β β Half the workers are nice other half are definetly snobs , fake, pretending too be nice. Seems like everyone gets butt hurt when I arrive. And when I ask for an item they say no they donβt have it. Yet when I search around I always find what Iβm looking for. Basically in the end this is a great shop, ran poorly with very poor and rude customer service.

β β β β β They have a great selection of art supplies covering things like ink, canvases, pencils, pen, paint, etc. The customer service was good, and the staffs knew very much about the supplies and products. However the prices that I encountered were not very competitive compared to other nearby stores.

β β β β β This place is ridiculous. The manager will follow you around asking what you're looking for so she can hand it to you and get you out because she thinks you're stealing. It's exhausting to go and peruse supplies because she won't just leave you alone. Even if you say you're fine she will come back every time you enter a new aisle. But if you ask her any questions she doesn't have the answer. Half of the stuff on this shelf is priced, how much is it so I can compare? Well, she will take something to the till to check but that's it. They want you to specifically know what you want, get it and get the hell out. I only come here when I really need something I can't find elsewhere.

Always super friendly staff !
They are always helpful from the time you walk in, until you check out. Donβt be afraid to ask for assistance if need be.
Great quality supplies to suit your needs. Prices are decent for what you are getting.
This location is not as big as the one at Granville Island, but you can expect to find most of the same products.
