★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this location for over 10 years. The staff and service here is exceptional. Mallory is a rock star and always helps us find eyewear that fits our style and makes it effortless. My son suffers from extreme anxiety and she made his first pair of glasses painless and he wear them now all the time. Keep up the great South Trail staff!! We appreciate you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less than 1 star I would. Brought my 12 year old son in to get glasses, he’s not required to wear a mask by law. The girl came RUNNING from the back once we were 2 steps in the door yelling at my son telling him he needs a mask. He was so embarrassed as he felt he was being singled out and put one on but wasn’t allowed to remove it for fitting despite there being 2 other grown men walking around the store without them???Really felt like they were profiling my son.
When I went to pick up the glasses the staff were EXTREMELY rude. I took my mask off on my way out and threw it in the garbage and a male staff member started full blown screaming at me in front of a store full of customers to leave my mask on when I was only a couple feet from the door. How embarrassing, wish there was more I could do than write them a terrible review across all their platforms.
I get they have their own store policy but the way the staff talked to the customers and selectively enforced masking was completely inappropriate, not to mention screaming at a customer in a store full of people is one of the least professional things I’ve ever experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had great service at the south location. My daughters and my husband got glasses from here. I would have been lost without the help from Mallory. She made everything easy and picked out glasses perfectly when we were struggling with so many options. If you shop here ask for Mallory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband first had an awesome experience here with Jeff Green, and I was pleased to see how much he knew and how professional he was. Within the week I had my prescription updated and made my way to into also get the same quality of service from Jeff.
Very happy with the experience so far, and looking forward to when my new glasses arrive!

Her recent service went above and beyond to take care of us and some issues my wife had with previous sunglasses. She ended working past her shift and my wife snd daughter (first time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lets face it, getting older isn't always easy or fun. I just found out that for the first time I'm going to need glasses. This was a completely new experience for me and I wasn't really sure exactly what I wanted. So I figured why not start somewhere that has the biggest selection? This seemed like a great idea till I walked in the door and was immediately overwhelmed by all the choices. Fortunately Jeff came to the rescue and helped me narrow down to just the right pair and walked me through all my options for lenses etc. Overall it was a great experience and actually wound up being a lot more fun that I thought it would be. I'm now eagerly awaiting the arrival of my glasses. Keep up the great work guys.
