★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless you like being berated by someone (coral the manager) I would highly recommend against getting a property with these people. Manager is extremely unprofessional and has no manners for working in customer service whatsoever. Entitled and extremely rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from this company unless you want them to try and steal your security deposit, blame you for issues they had previous to your lease. It is apparent they either don’t know tenancy laws or they purposely try and go against them. Either way I highly suggest not renting from these crooks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also do not recommend this property management company,for starters they will come into you're place with out youre consent and try tell you how to live in you're own suite., I did not like how they try and tell you what to do and how to live. Also they will try to pin previous damage on you as well . Not impressed with this company at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT rent with these cheapos. I was told by the landlord that I kept the place exceptionally clean and well maintained. Needed minor paint job and they took majority of my security/pet deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got swindled out of my damage deposit by corol, for damages I didn't do and charged me for cleaning even though the apartment was cleaned completely after leaving. She also likes to berate you in emails. Be sure to video record every inch of surface of an apartment before and after if you have the unfortunate event of having to rent with this management. Very unprofessional and rude.
