You always feel welcome and if Mr.Batman is working you not only feel like a valued customer but a friend. I will continue to go there and enjoy every visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot be happier with my vape experience. I was a vuse at the gas station kind of vape user/buyer but wanted to see if I could vape more for less at a better quality. Batman aka Jeff guided me through the products, asked me questions I never thought of and was the ultimate no pressure salesman. If there is such thing as a vape somolier its him.
Even when I told him I was shopping around and was not buying anything under any circumstance on my first visit he treated me with respect and was cool and informative.
In the end I went back, met the manager and he and Jeff treated me with respect like a client and not just a customer. I will go there for all my vape needs and am more than pleased with my purchase which was totally suggested by Jeff. Looking forward to returning and expanding on my vaping journey.
I hope they visit my business sometime so I can pay them back the hospitality they showed me. Cheers!

I was having an issue with my caliburn and Meghan was more than happy to figure out what was wrong with it - which actually resulted in me being able to keep my device and it just needed a new pod! After that, she set me up with a new liquid that I’m really enjoying so far. Meghan was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed how many options I had for flavours. Great store, great staff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was disappointed with the service of another provider in Ottawa. I called the shop and spoke with Kevin. He ensued me they had what I was looking for and said I could stop by at my convenience.
Met Kevin in store and he was really friendly and helpful. Got exactly what I waslooking for and he even recommended a flavour that's quickly becoming my favorite.
If you're looking for good service, can't go wrong with Ontario Vape.
