However the team at 11:11 were quick to respond and in form me of there plan. There Customer Service is amazing, there knowledge and experience helped me find what I was looking for and more. From my first visit dealing with the owner to my second visit dealing with one the sales associates the level of help was identical. They both took the time to explain everything that I needed and answered all of my questions, as I knew nothing about any of the products or how to even go about buying what I needed. I was going through a rough time and the owner even checked up on me after my purchase to see how things were going with the recommendations that she had made. During the time I visited the shop we re in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic and the level of sanitizing was perfect from them sanitizing their hands to the sanitizing of all the surfaces in the shop it made it a worry free experience. Thanks so much I will spread the word, and continue to support this business!!!

I was looking for ejuice and was shown a variety that matched my flavour profile. The juice bar is huge and you can easily sample any juice they offer. They also have salt-nic options. I highly recommend 11:11 Vape for those looking to quit smoking and hobbyists alike.

That doesn’t mean expensive, either. Madly in love with my minican +, and that critter is wicked inexpensive. If you’re a regular, they’ll remember you, even suggest new things that match your taste as they come in, be it flavours or kit. My old vape got sent the way of the dodo due to silly gov’t regulations, and the second they had a worthy, similar vape I knew about it and had one same day. They know their stuff, actively track what’s coming out, are active and vocal in trying to keep vaping and flavours legal, have always been happy to help with any questions or issues, and have never tried to upsell. This vape shop is the real deal, and my one and only, true vape love. Also, ignore the git who thinks they’re anti beard. I’m currently at least halfway to ZZ Top and they dig me. Pop in!

Could have approached the policy nicer instead of being extremely rude. She triggered a PTSD episode due to how her tone of voice was. I will never bring my service here again. You guys need to find a way to accommodate single parents with kids instead of telling them if they dont have a babysitter, that they can screw off. Another shop did that for me after this interaction.
