★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having struggled with my CPAP system for several years, it was a "Godsend" that I chose Ontario Sleep Care CPAP, after relocating to Kingston. That was because Allyson and Karen were there. Both Allyson and Karen showed great patience, but also persistence and perseverance as they sought to fit me with the right mask. Besides finding the right mask, they shared many pointers on positioning the mask, preparations before putting it on; even sleep positions.
Before I reached this stage, my modus operandi, was to endure the CPAP, for a minimum of 4 hours every second night. I couldn't wait for the 4 hours to pass so I could rip it off.
After the painstaking attention by Karen and Allyson, I get to sleep 7 or hours every night. I have even experienced a full nights sleep with no recollection of waking up. And I'm definitely feeling well rested, than I have been for a long time.

Further when it came to the claiming process and how to deal with insurance along with OHIP Karen also made that extremely easy. Thank you very much for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allison and Karen have help me maintain my equipment over the years that I’ve had my sleep machine ! I just got a tube holder that has helped a lot I truly recommend them it takes the weight off. The staff I always say to answer questions and help you if you have any problems.
