He answered all my questions and made me feel ease while I was purchasing my first home. In short, my entire experience from beginning to end surpassed expectation. You would be silly to go anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply put, this guy is the best. I wish I had used him for the inspection of my home which I bought a few years ago. I used a home inspector suggested by my realtor which was not a good idea. I suggest each and every one to research for an independent, reputable and thorough inspector and never rely on your realtor’s suggested inspector even if your realtor is your relative. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a home inspection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarfraz was referred to us by a friend and we have to admit that he did an amazing job. He discovered many issues which were very serious and eventually we dropped the offer because seller did not agree to fix the defects. I couldn't have been more pleased because he saved us from falling into a deal which could otherwise cause us to spend thousands of dollars in repairs.
I would definitely use his services again in the future and will recommend him to friends.
