 My cottage by the lake has been accepted successfully. It is the house that Mr. Liu is invited to inspect. The work is very careful and well-equipped. There is an aircraft to see the roof status. After I checked in, I found that the circuit was out of power and the water pump problem was checked by Mr. Liu. Question, teach me how to debug, after-sales service is excellent, thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A client of mine purchased a lake side cottage. Mr.Liu did great job during the whole process. He provided Walk – through inspection that helped my client to make informed decision. In particular, he found a major structural issue in a house that my client was going to place an offer. That saved my client huge money. When our offer was accepted, he did a thorough and professional inspection. We were allowed to follow him during the inspection and got explanation immediately for any findings. Finally, he provided us a detailed report covering issues which needs to be fixed immediately. My clients and me are very happy with Mr. Liu.

He pointed out all the issues related to the condition of the property and suggested ways to improve with the backing of building codes etc. I learned alot from him. Very responsive even in off timing and weekends as well. All in all excellent service. I will definitely recommend.
