★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is owned and ran by a family of morons Matin, Zara and Nabil are very RUDE & CHEAP!
This place has gone downhill since they took over.
The service and portions have gotten worse over the years yet the prices always go high
The 2 males do not know how to make subs Raman was good but she doesn't work on weekdays anymore from what I have been told.
I will not be returning to this location they do not deserve business and I would not recommend this location unless you like being harassed by the creepy manager Nabil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a joke. I order a sub. I ask for a combo. But the drink fountain is out of order. So I say fine, give me a combo and I'll take bottled drink instead. But I shouldn't pay more. The owner outright refused to understand my point of view. Was an ass to be honest. I know it's only $0.50. But it's only $0.50!! Customer service is lost on this cheap jerk. Would probably charge for napkins if he could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the customer service. Guy who works there is amazing. I would happily go back to this particular subway very soon just for the vibrant and lively customer service. I went there on Wednesday the March 6th in the evening (since i don't know the guys name and i want him to get the credit if someone sees this.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here several months ago and asked for the daily special he told me that he won't sell it to me because he is saving the ingredients for people ordering from apps. Alright fine I decided to order the BLT instead and asked if he could add some cracked black pepper on the sub he said this to my face that he won't add any cracked black pepper and when I asked why I pulled out a container of ground black pepper instead that had a layer of dust on top. brushed off the dust. Then adds some ground pepper on top.
Since then I just decided to get my own cracked pepper and had not come back here since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice, they close at 10pm they saved my life because Nofrills close at 9:00 so the only thing I could by to eat that night was Subway. The girl at nights is friendly.
