Had an appointment for 2 p.m was still waiting for the truck to be brought in at 3 p.m and then was told when they did get around to it it would take 2 1/2 hrs. She walked out. This dealer has been disqualified in our books. Don't waste your time with them.
P.S bought tires from them in the past as well and they were substandard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winter tires removed & replaced with 3 season tires. These 3 season tires are on rims for both cars & they are stored at Ontario Auto. This service is excellent. The appointment time is met & is also flexible to suit customer needs as necessary. Quick & dependable, including reminder to return after 80 kilometres for free torque service.
Ontario Auto Market service is reliable & safety is respected. We have used the tire storage swap for several years. Thank you Karen & Nick. RH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a customer on and off for over 10 years. Sadly I was reminded of why I had stopped going.
Made an appointment for 2pm to have my breaks done. I was asked if I was waiting when I arrived. I said yes as I was told it would take an hour. The 'manager' informed me it would take 2 hours. Okay fine. I wait and 3:15 my vehicle hadn't moved. So I asked what was going on. He said they would start shortly. So I stated it would be another 2 hours from that point and he said 2.5 to 3 hours. Why on earth was I not made aware of this and they really think people will wait 4 hours here? I wasn't offered any alternative or a shuttle. The price may be right but not worth it. They have sold leaking tires in the past and when I purchased a new set from them they couldn't even balance the air pressure within reason.
