Went here to get an Oil Spray done on the underside of my 2013 Lexus ES 350. Super friendly people and they sprayed the underside completely. Doesn't take long and made the flow of the experience simple and easy. Would come back to them yearly.

Fully recommend this place!!! No appointment (of course upon availability) necessary to get rust proof your car. Since they pick the phone and answer all you inquiries, spray your car and clean your windows at the end. You can notice this guys they feel pride of their job!!! Amazing!!

Read the update! All vehicles that I’ve ever owned I bought brand new and I have used Houghton rust proofing services exclusively, once a year, and here is the report: -2008 Honda Civic, sold it last year (2019) was rust free. I did not have any electrical issues on vehicle due to solvent in rust proofing oil that they use and no issues with weather stripping on doors, hood or trunk (rubber did not swell up) -2010 Toyota Venza, that I still own, has no rust but, after 10 year, I had to replace (done today for $300) weather stripping on all doors because solvents in oil caused rubber to swell up and sag (see pic.). This is not a complaint! Replacing weather stripping is still cheaper than repairing rusty fenders or doors. So far, I’ve had no electrical/sensor issues due to solvents in rust proofing oil. -2016 Subaru Crosstreck, that I still own, has no rust, electrical or weather-stripping issues but spraying (rust proofing) was poorly done by Houghton. Crosstreck comes with two long plastic trays, with a lot of small openings (hols) running the length of the car on either side of the exhaust and today I have removed them before I went for Krown undercoating. Yes, I am switching to Krown. Body panels underneath, behind, those plastic trays were bone dry. Last fall (and all previous years) they have only sprayed wheal arches, around fuel tank and that was it. No attempts were made to spray those, underneath the vehicle hard to reach, body panels with rust proofing oil. So, to prevent this from happening, in “new place”, I have removed those plastic trays before I went to Krown. Yes, I am switching to Krown. Why? Houghton used to be more economical option for rust proofing, but price is gone up, and “according to internet”, Krown is pretty good… time will tell… If prices have stayed in $50-$90 range, I would have definitely stayed with Houghton and would keep going for oil rust proofing with both of my vehicles (with plastic trays being removed underneath Subaru). I hope this helps. Update: January/2022 In fall of 2020 and 2021 my son and I used Kitchener Krown oil spraying services and that DID NOT GO WELL! Oil that that Krown uses for undercoating is very thin, it gets in every nook and cranny of the vehicle including sensors and electrical terminals, causing TSUNAMI OF ELECTRICAL ISSUES. To be specific on my sons 2019 Ford Ranger undercoating oil got into evaporative emission system sensor that is located on top of the fuel tank. Repair costed us $668 and when I called manager at Kitchener Krown shop, he said that this well know design flaw on Fords vehicles and that Ford is blaming everybody just to avoid costly recall. On my 2020 Honda Passport undercoating oil got into Vehicle Stability Control connector but luckily, I didn’t have to pay a dime. In Cambridge Honda they have just cleaned it up and cleared the code, Thank you Cambridge Honda! Well in fall off 2022 those two long plastic trays will be removed on my wife’s Subaru Crosstreck and my Honda Passport and of we got to back to Houghton for oil undercoating.

I just had my 2006 Dodge Caravan oil-sprayed again by Houghton Rust Control. Yes, you're reading that right, a 2006 mini-van still going strong in 2021. As I do with all my vehicles now, I have been taking my Dodge to Houghton's routinely to protect my investment and stretch my dollar. I would highly recommend Houghton Rust Control.

Great service! Love to get work done at this family owned business. They do a good job and they explain the whole process. After they even wash your windows for you! I will be going here twice a year to protect my car!
