★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had the pleasure of training with Ryan Lem since 2019. He helped me lose 70lbs. I prefer personal training. Muay thai is fun and you dont always notice how hard you are working out. Ryan has many strengths.... I like how he can find your weakness, than he customizes training like a physiotherapist and the results are astounding. I also like his strike training. He runs me through a gauntlet of different strikes that is sometimes difficult but always fun.
