J	Joana Rousan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got my nails done and oh it was the worst i thought they would be good because its always busy there.. i didnt get what i asked for .. even the pedicure was horrible they didn’t paint the whole nail and when i asked her to fix it she didn’t like that. I feel like i wasted my money on something i can literally do better!

They are always busy which makes you think they must be good, but honestly I think it’s cause everything was closed in Ontario. They do a basic job, and rush thru your service. I had to go back 2 times because of their shellac nail polish which kept peeling off, and I was treated like I was the bad guy. They didn’t care. The owner only cares about making money which is sooooo obvious because if you pay cash you don’t gotta pay the taxes… If your in a rush and in the mall, then it’s whatever, but I wouldn’t bother cause you pay the same as any other salon for half the customer service.

Completely disorganised, we paid and then got chased because they thought we did. It did cost me twice the price I usually pay for nails and a pedi with shellac. I had to tell the girl to buff my heels otherwise she would have just massage and do my nails. Finger nails are poor quality, my daughter is losing a nail despite the fact they are super thick! Don't go there!
K	Karana Bubbles on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy with the results on the day of my mani/pedi, but the shellac started chipping after 2 days which was the day of the event that I needed my nails done. Price was reasonable (84$) but not for the quality. Waited over an hour when I had booked an appointment. Customer service after to get my nails redone since it chipped within 7 days was really frustrating. They were trying to charge me another 15$ to get it redone since I was not able to come in within 7 days to get my manicure fixed. I was called back by the manager : offered a free repair and apologised for the receptionist. That they didn't properly understand their policy of guarantee the quality of the shellac (no chips) for the first 7 days. If you want your manicure to last, I don't recommend this place. Place is really busy. The person that did my nails was really nice tho. The only reason really I'm giving the nail salon 2 stars. In the end, the manicure was nice but quality was not there; my pedicure lasted and it's been 2 weeks. I would try to go a time they're less busy. Maybe it would help with the quality as they'll take more time to apply the shellac properly and apply the necessary layers to protect the manicure.
D	Danielle Bone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for my first time last sunday for my first set of dipping nails and go a pedicure with my boyfriend, the ladies who did the pedicures were extremely nice but the lady who did my nails did a hack job and they're garbage. They were also trying to force us to pay cash and were very rude about it, I will not be back!!!
