★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go there once in a while and I love it . Mary is the lady who takes care of my nails, and she"s good. I see women on their phone while their nails are been done. I like to go because the quality is very good and I don't need to chat after a long week at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely furious. The staff doesn't know to turn down walk-ins and can't manage their appointments. I've waited over an hour for a refill and had a scheduled appointment in which I showed up on time for. I can't belie e the disrespect they have for returning customers as there is no loyalty. Pretending not to notice you as you wait in the front is their way of hoping to buy time. I don't think I'll be returning, I rather give my money to those who won't make me wait while I should be been prioritized prior to the other clients that take as they walk-in. DON'T EXPECT EQUAL AND QUICK SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a gel manicure because the girl I regularly go to was on vacation. I already had gel on my nails, and I don’t understand why they use that automatic filer to remove it. Once she soaked it with acetone and it started flaking off they should use a manicure stick to gently remove it. She ended up filing down my own nail as well and they are super thin. The gel was beautiful once I walked out but they next day 2 peeled off. And now a week later, another one peeled off and my nails are breaking. Never have I gone through this where I usually go. Horrible experience and definitely not going back. Wish I could post a picture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to do a épilation, tbh it was well done, the women were very nice. I would have just liked if they had told me it’s only cash in advance when I took the rdv on the phone. The accent was quite hard to understand, but we can’t blame anyone for their accent. Other than that, the staff is really nice and funny!
