This branch is really bad, I own a business and they have no common knowledge of client and business trades. On top of it they judge you by your appearance and they act realy xenophobic

Took an appointment two week in advance to be told they don’t have my appointment. I had the name of the person i took the appointment with (that works there) and they only suggested me to take an other appointment a week later. Sorry but you lost a client before you even had him! Really unprofessional

Worst service.. regret royally doing business with your branch.. NO SERVICE!! No return calls, hard to get someone to talk to.. and RBC rates themselves the best.. you do not even deserve a star.. I cannot believe I wasted 2 hours trying to talk to someone.. or getting someone to serve me ..

Crazy RBC branch. I make appointment for open and consultant but they do nothing and promise call me back but nothing. They are cheat clients all the time.

On every single occasion I have come to this particular branch, I have wasted a minimum of 20 minutes, often more. On one instance, I had to ask a simple 10 second question, a basic inquiry about opening a new all inclusive checking account for my girlfriend and the teller looked at me as if i came from another planet. I kid you not. By far, The absolute Worst service I have ever experience in ANY RBC branch or other banks. At this place, Every single experience if worst then the last. Its almost better to use the ATM and suffer the 2-3 day transite grace period, rather then facing the hassle of a teller and having the money of the deposit available instantly. The tellers are completely clueless and most are under qualified. It’s worrisome knowing I PAY THESE PEOPLE TO HASAFE. I live extremely close long to this branch, Within a 2 minute walking distance and I avoid this place at all cost. I rather drive 10-15 minutes each way, clear accros the whole Boul. St-Martin and go to the carrefour Laval RBC branch. Time wise it’s slightly faster going 14km out of my way and less of a headache going to this very branch. If my customer service experience was limited to only once, I wouldn’t think twice and bothering writing this review, but after at least 5-6 different occasions, I feel it is nessessary to write one. ITS JUST THAT BAD SADLY. The thought even has crossed my mind to outright change banks completely, that’s how bad these under qualified, incompetent and rude some of their staff is and I have had the “pleasure” of having almost different tellers on each occasion, Including the woman manager and she is the most clueless of them all. How can a branch run smoothly if the head of snake, so to speak of, is the most ignorant and clueless of them all. In all the different banks, current and previous, and RBC branchs i have been to across Canada, NOT ONE COMPARES TO HOW PLAIN BAD THE SERVICE IS.

A simple cash withdrawal took over 20 minutes. 4 employees behind the counter and only 2 registers open. If there was any other branch within 20 minutes of my house I’d be going there. Very disappointed in the service.

I do not understand the negative reviews, employees are super friendly and knowledgeable, information is communicated in a clear and professional manner. The line up was scary at first sight but I did not have to wait a long time suprisingly.

I don’t understand why people have horrible stuff to say about this place. I was a member of the caisse populaire a few blocks from this place and RBC helped me from the sticky situation I was in and just started fresh. I hated being with the caisse Desjardins, it was just dreadful but I don’t feel like that with RBC. Sure the lines are long and theres fees for everything but I can’t say what I have to say about Desjardins. The tellers and advisers truly care about you and about your finances. I love being a client of RBC and I should of been with them since day 1.
