Je vous le conseille pour des coiffures protectrices pour l'hiver. Good, good customer service, friendly atmosphere and a clean place. The braids are well done there. Elle annule ton rendez vous et ne trouve pas d’alternatives pour toi. On peut voir que sa clientèle ne l’importe peu. Allez définitivement faire vos cheveux ailleurs! Owner Brigitte does not provide good customer service. No hello when you arrive and do not respect his appointments. She cancels your date and can't find any alternatives for you. We can see that his clientele does not matter. Definitely go do your hair elsewhere!

Je me suis fait tressée la première fois en 2016 avec ma soeur, j'ai beaucoup aimé et je suis revenue plusieurs fois après et le résultat n'était plus le même, c'était du n'importe quoi. Les employés et la propriétaire ne font aucun effort pour fidéliser leur clientèle. Bad service, go do your hair elsewhere. I was braided the first time in 2016 with my sister, I liked it a lot and I came back several times after and the result was not the same, it was nonsense. The employees and the owner make no effort to build customer loyalty.

Mes tresses ont pas duré 24 HEURES ça commençait à se défaire. Je l’ai texté et envoyé les photos, elle a juste pas répondu et c’était tout. Vous allez le regretter si vous allez là-bas. DON'T BRAID there. They braid great but super poorly. The other positive comments must be their friends who made it to boost their living room. My braids did not last 24 HOURS it was starting to come undone. I texted her and sent the pictures, she just didn't respond and that was it. You will regret it if you go there.

They keep the extensions in a room and no package has a price. The owner just bombades you at the end. Also, they don't do the braids tight enough and it becomes saggy after few days. But very nice ladies.
