1.The owner respond super fast on social media.
2. I never wait for my appointment: If it's at 3pm, at 3pm I'm on the chair getting my nails done.
3. You show them a grainy badly lit picture of what you want and somehow they make appear.
4. They are very kind and courteous.
5. Salon itself is pristine and very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been there several times and they do a decent job but always feel rushed in there which is fine although this time when I asked for a design the guy told me he didn't know how to do it and just told me all the other staff were busy... Kind of felt like he brushed me off (maybe he was having a bad day, who knows. Not my problem!) anyways kind of disappointing since I preferred to have that and was either way a paying client + took time off to treat myself to a pedi- don't need attitude from anyone. So I left without a design but still tipped. I'll look for another place ... And it's not like their prices are that low either. There are better places out there with better service.
