★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IF i can give less than 1 star I would , The hairdresser in the second floor burned my scalp from bleach , I came in for a specific colour I ended up with a orange disgusting colour , I can't touch my faire because my scalp and head is all sore . He make a mistake in the first colour so in order to do the colour j want he bleached again then coloured . It was a disaster . 100% im not going back there and don't recommend anyone to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I end up calling them as I was looking for a specific product and they said they have it. I proceed to ask them about the price to know if I could afford it and also if it wasn't crazy expensive, they refused. They explained me that they don"t inform customers of their product prices over the phone. I don"t see the point of visiting a store that is hours away from me to be met with expensive products. I won"t be visiting this store and I end up finding them way cheaper online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is good but it can be better. They have tons of products I love that I rarely find in other stores, which is awesome, but what's really discouraging me is how they manage their product inventory; A product can finish in the front and they won't try to put it back as quick as possible. I can come look for a product and they don't have it anymore and if I come back 1 moth later and ask about it, they'll still tell me they don't have it. It's as if if they don't have it, they don't have it, so forget about it because they won't be replacing it anytime soon. In other stores if something finishes in the front, if you come back the next day it will already be there because they'll make sure that the product is always available, but not the case in Beauté Univers. Very discouraging.

I took an appointment to have my hair fixed and when I arrived the lady told me she could not made my hair, that it will take to long , even if I told her I went there 2 days before and was told there was no problem. I gave this place 0 stars no professionalism, they don't care about the costumer, thanks God I didn't have a serious event because is really hard to find someone to fix your hair in Mtl. Don't go to this place!
