unfortunately they take advantage of people who don't know much about phones or technology and don't take responsibility when they fix your phone, if the technician damages your device they will try to find an excuse like : oh it's a motherboard problem or its the chip! they try to sound smart but I'm a mcguill student I.T engineer and know what's going on with my phone, I didn't say anything I'm just not coming back and beware of these people,they will take advantage for sure.

Good job for screen replacement but I wanted to change the home button too, they ask me to wait unti 5pm and at 5 they tell me to wait another 2 hour

They repaired my iPhone seven and I paid close to 100$, the guy was not very friendly he wasn’t at all bilingual which ought be a problem for some. The place looks kinda sketchy but as for a follow up on the repair the phone itself is glitchy it doesn’t always allow me to press things properly and my messaging is delayed its annoying to deal with.

I highly recommend itech Mobile. They changed the screen of my Samsung S7 edge and did an excellent job. My charging port was not working as well due to humidity and water damage. They were able to change it and get it to work. Great service. A++ Ask for Hugo. He won't dissapoint.

Horrible and slow service. They send phones to another shop to get fixed. My phone spent 6 days in this place and came out worse than how it went in.If I could give 0 stars I would. Probably the worst customer service experience in my life. If you need more details, read below. I cracked my screen at work and wanted to replace the screen. Nothing about the tactile touch was broken- it was just that there were shards of glass starting to fall off where I had cracked my phone. So I found this place and I will warn anyone to not go here. The owner is nice enough. But the service is absolutely horrendous. My first visit was as expected- I showed up later in the day so they had to order and repair the phone the next day (already a bit off to be honest- how does a repair store not have screens in stock). But ok- I hacked it up to COVID and maybe this is the way they work. So I got the phone back (which again had no tactile problems but was just cracked) and the screen was completely screwed. It was as if a ghost was on my screen and constantly clicking and moving rendering my phone completely useless. So I called and wanted an exchange on the screen they provided. I figured ok- since they screwed up the first repair they would at least be honest and efficient in fixing the problem. But no. They asked me to leave my phone another night and day JUST to see if it was in fact broken. 2 more days there and you know- it would've been the appropriate time to fix it, but they asked me to leave the phone another full day to get it repaired. Well- I use it for work so I couldn't. I returned a couple days later at a better time for myself and handed them the phone to repair their mistake. Instead of again putting me at the front of the line (since you know- this was their mistake) they told me it was possible that it wouldn't be done and I would get it back 4 days from when I gave it. Yes- they eventually did it the next day (only because I had called to make sure it was done and they even stayed open a little later to finish it). Fair enough- not good service- but the least they could do. Well- now I have tactile problems and my touch/home button don't work. So. I will not be returning here as I cannot possibly trust these people to do a good job or even try to offer good and fast service. I've decided I'd rather lose the $80 than ever step back in this store or get them to try again- it's that bad. To the manager-And if your technician has 15 years experience as you mentioned in other comments- he should be able to do a good job. Just because you have experience doesn't mean you actually know what you're doing. I would honestly find a different technician. Shops like this are bound to close because well- the first rule to any business is to take care of your customers and you clearly showed that you are not capable of doing that. So if the issue was created by your technician- then....yeah. Thanks even if you explained I would never return to your shop. I wish you the best

They fixed my screen and had a sound issue after I repaired it. I took it back to them and they were very responsive and professional. The prices are good too. I highly recommend.

Most unprofessional and hypocritical people I've ever met. My iphone screen was broken and I took it to get fixed a couple weeks ago. They were ssuuuuper nice with me at first and got it done in a little more than 2 hours. As soon as I get home, I notice that I am not able to text properly, the words keep getting jumbled up and that the phone was overheating (it didn't do that before). The guy immediately turned very rude and basically dismissed me completely. Two weeks later, my screen suddenly went black. The phone was still working, I could hear it ring and vibrate but the screen was black. Took it back because they said there's a warranty on the screen. GUESS WHAT? Apparently now there is something wrong with my phone that has nothing to do with the screen and they cannot do anything. This is called theft and dishonesty, pure and simple.
