★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely need to improve their pearls. Tried them when they first opened and was very disappointed. Decided to give it another chance a few weeks later - pearls are still so hard and unappetizing. Was really excited for this place to open but won’t be returning.

John and Yotti were very kind & patient in helping me decide on a drink, and made me feel very welcomed. Very fast and efficient service, I will be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great drinks and fun flavours but… what’s with the straws?! I know the COV is pressuring for eliminating single use items but needing 3 straws to finish one drink defeats the purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fantastic bubble tea! OneZo hand makes their pearls in house and you can tell, their pearls are considerably better than some of the big chain bbt shops. Location is perfect, it really fills the bubble tea niche on that stretch of Broadway! OneZo has become part of my weekly routine <3

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their bubble teas so much!!! The bubbles are not tooooo sweet and the teas are always fresh! Staffs are friendly and patient. ??so glad they open in this location too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a year and a half of seeing their "Coming Soon" sign, this place is finally open! Pricing is high for my tastes, but the monthly specials are good value. I tried the wintermelon lemonade with lemon jelly, which was really good. So good that I already finished half before remembering to take a photo. ?
There's only one table at the moment, so it's mainly grab and go. Bathroom is for staff use only. Not sure if ventilation is an issue in there or I just came in at a bad time, but it was incredibly humid and my glasses fogged up immediately, so I couldn't read their menu. Glad they had the big posters for the specials.
