R	Ritu Malik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this guy doesn't have professionalism ,he gave me appointment for two weeks later and the day he has to see me the day before i remind him regarding ouy he dinr appointmnet he gave me reply as well , and next didn't appear and when i called him he said ,I am with other caclient, the person who is not carefull for firstmeeting ,will he care for your house , everybaody house is his emotion, will he care your emotion, I doubt. the person who doesn't care for his appointment will he be top 1% brokerrage

I have to admit that I was skeptical at first since I thought there must be fine prints somewhere or he is not providing full service. But i was wrong. After meeting with Pablo I noticed that he is friendly, realistic and knowledgeable in his field. He didn't have to spend time to justify why his fees are so high like other full commission agents, but instead spent time discussing the marketing strategies. So I decided to sign up for him to sell my condo. The condo was sold within days at the record price per square foot for the building. Furthermore, the whole sale process went smoothly for me since his service is a full service like any other full commission agents I hired for other properties I sold in the past. At the end, Pablo saves me at least $20,000 in commission while providing good service to me. I will definitely use his service again.
