I just recently ordered online for curbside pickup and was very happy with what I received. I wasn’t sure about blind ordering but the shoppers did a great job.

Today I'm gutting my home and find a block set I had purchased from once upon a child as a Christmas gift last year. I've never been happier that I changed my mind. The block set was to have 75 blocks in it that fit in the shape cut outs on the lid. It had 42 pieces most mismatched from other block sets not 75 and a random fish block and a plastic dinosaur. Guelph Once upon a child the store where staff buy stuff from their friends and put it on the shelf with out checking what they're buying to sell to unsuspecting customers. Again I am soo glad I chose something else as Christmas present last year.

D	Dana C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: The store owner contacted me to fix the problem I explained below. They've issued us a refund for both items, and we're grateful. We really like the clothes we've found here. However, twice now, the Guelph location sold us either broken toys, or toys with missing pieces. They explicitly said they had 'checked' the toys before shrink wrapping them and putting them up for sale. No returns allowed; only exchange or store credit. We're disappointed, and won't be buying toys here any longer.

This once upon a child store is smaller than the other ones I've been to, but is still worth the visit if you are in the area. They also offer a points system and accept trade ins.

I have taken to buying presents for my nieces and nephews from here in hopes to support a local business and reduce my footprint. Friendly staff, great updates that you can receive via text or from following them on social media.
