She has solved the problem that caused me pain when standing or walking, with exercises and orthotics that are made in-house. Her extensive knowledge and great service are making a complete difference for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Julia at On the Ball Orthotics is fantastic! I suffer from chronic pain, and I thought I'd give orthotics a try. I'm so glad that I came here. The experience, right from the assessment to the follow-up, was wonderful. Julia is very knowledgeable in her field and she really helped me out. I wear my orthotics every single day, and my hip pain has decreased. My condition will never go away completely but every little bit helps! I also got over-the-counter orthotics for my 10 year old son and he loves them!

The quality and fit of the orthotics is excellent, and has significantly reduced the arch pain I was experiencing while running. Would highly recommend her services and products!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very happy with the service and honesty that I received. I was not pressured to do a full orthotic. Julia was excellent to establish a proper fit & I came away with confidence.. I no longer have aching hips or feet. Always have one set for your slippers & 2-3 other sets for your regular shoes. Economically Julia saved me a great deal of money! I am totally comfortable to recommend On The Ball Orthotics.

She is extremely thorough and creates her orthotics in house, this also means and extremely quick turn around. Excellent fitting, excellent service and so much more supportive than my previous pairs. I can't recommend On the Ball Orthotics enough, a must!
