They assisted my son and I in obtaining a mortgage under a very tight deadline and unique circumstances. Not only did they think of novel ways to obtain financing, but they also assisted in obtaining lawyers and home appraisers who could deal with the tight deadline of seventeen days. Situation was also complicated by the fact the house being bought was in Victoria, but my son and I lived in two different cities one of which was at the other end of the country. David and his team went out of their way to find and provide all the necessary services so that a reasonable mortgage could be obtained by the closing date. They were available at all times of day and night to move the process along. Without their assistance, my son would have lost his house. I thank Olympic Mortgage for all their support.
