The design process with Carly was easy and her expertise was very welcomed! We were pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficient the entire process was including the installation which was done with percision. Attention to detail with this company is exemplary. We will be using Olympia again in the future and recommending them to all friends and family.

Olympia provided us with a beautiful design which included different options for colour, hardware, etc. to really hone in on what we wanted. They provided excellent value for a really reasonable price. They were professional, helpful and friendly with a great end result! We're really happy with our bar!

She is one of the designers at Olympia. Our first meeting was quite pleasant and informative. Melissa quickly understood what we had envisioned for cabinets in our master closet. She offered many ideas that aligned to our particular taste and quality. After several meeting we finalized the design and ordered the cabinets. Both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the design experience with Melissa. It was by far the best experience compared to other places in the local area. I told Melissa that we would complete the install of the master closet before making a decision on the next two projects. The install was perfect! We will continue with Olympia (Melissa) for the other two projects. Well done.

We found the pricing very reasonable and competitive. We had some issues as expected when doing a renovation however Olympia made things right and treated us fairly.

We had Olympia do the installation in our newly constructed home about five years ago. The cabinetry is top-notch and we had no complaints. Recently however, a few of our cabinets have needed service/repair due to continued use. We tried emailing. No response. We left a number of voicemails. No response. Finally, after about 2 months, my wife had to drive to their office to find out why they were not replying to us. The response: "We have too much work and are no longer doing repairs." A fair situation to be in, especially during our new times, but how about a one sentence email telling us this and not leaving us in limbo? How about a 30 second phone call returning our calls and inquiries? Unless their customer service department/reception makes improvements, I cannot recommend them.
